Chao After 2.5 years of wear and go around the world, my iBook crashed and I was really desperate - I was away and not near an Apple Store at the moment, so I was just trying to get a independent Apple reseller to see if I could just pay to fix it. They would charge me to diagnose the computer and said it was unlikely I would have to pay a few hundred dollars to replace the hard drive. I had the uneasy feeling I got ripped off, so I waited for a Mac specialist to see. I had the Protection Plan, I made an appointment and within 10 minutes someone at the Genius Bar was able to figure out the problem. I have my entire hard drive is replaced within one week, and the computer is like new, and even walking on the latest operating system (which I had not). That, and they were able to recover some of my files and burn them on DVD the same day I dropped off for repair would not cost much, or that Apple would cusotmer stellaire this service with their products just like to take part of its brand, but even with the price I would not hesitate to recommend. 10 of 11 people found the following review helpful. The best you can get. For Deimos This is by far the best support you can get into the technology and the very wise investment. This package extends your warranty for a full three years and also comes with a very positive, powerful and portable tech tools when you start it, it's all scans your entire system and gives you detailed information about any errors or improvements that can done. The tech tool is worth the price alone. I installed the tech tool on my iMac and MacBook Pro and it works beautifully, and neither system has a single incident reported in more than one year.
